The Institute, which manages the new and emerging technology specialty area of the Regional Educational Laboratory at AEL, supports the purposeful use of these technologies to improve teaching, learning, and school management. IAETE staff have conducted research for technology companies, partnered with university education and technology departments, and helped with educational technology planning at the district and state levels.
