张冉

张冉，北京大学教育学院教育管理与政策系副教授。主要研究领域为教育法律与政策、国际比较教育、质性研究方法，研究兴趣涉及学位制度、平等保护、性别与教育、教师职业道德、中小学风险管理、民办教育合规等议题。曾任东京大学访问学者、哈佛大学中美富布莱特访问学者。具有中国律师资格。

2017年起，在中国大学MOOC上开设“教师法律风险防范”课程，被教育部先后评为国家精品在线开放课程和国家级一流本科课程。目前主持国家社科基金（全国教育科学规划）国家一般项目“我国高校性骚扰防治机制的本土建构”。2022年获北京大学教学优秀奖。
